Our thick and creamy White Cheddar Potato Soup is one of a kind! A classic potato soup with the addition of rich flavorful cheese. Use it on its own or add clams for a great clam chowder. Simply add water! Serves 6.

Plentiful Pantry

You will need:
5 -6 cups water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Whisk contents of package into 5 cups warm water. Stirring frequently, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. For thinner soup, add more water. For a thicker soup, cook a little longer.

For Variety:
Add any of the following: Can of clams (do not drain), can of corn (drained), 1/2 cup diced ham, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.


White Cheddar Clam Chowder
Serves 4-6.


3 C. Water
3 C. Milk
1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
2 stalks of Celery, diced
3 Tbsp Butter
2 cans of Clams, do not drain
In a 2qt saucepan, melt butter. Saute diced onion and diced celery until onion is translucent. Add water and milk, then bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, add the soup mix; stir quickly and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add clams (including clam juice) and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste, then enjoy!
